Refund policy

At Chi 9 Designs LLC, every piece is made with care, and many of our items are handmade or made-to-order just for you. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items — including custom embroidered patches, custom earrings, and any item with personalized text or thread color requests — are made specifically for you and are final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Ready-Made (Non-Customized) Items
For items that are not customized or made-to-order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Digital Products
All digital downloads — including Canva frames, digital paper, clip art, and 3D digital files — are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded. Because digital files can be copied, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items once access has been granted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If any item — including custom or digital products — arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at chi@chi9designs.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping
For eligible ready-made item returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.).

How to Start a Return
Email us at chi@chi9designs.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping anything back. We'll provide return instructions once your return is approved.
